BLOWN OUT SPORTSTER CASES List: $395.00 and up_
_A precision casting of 356-T6 aluminum alloy is fitted to
the customers engine cases which have been indexed to a
specially adapted milling machine, then accurately line
bored to match the corresponding hole placement.
This is the same method used at the factory and
the only way correct alignment can be obtained.
Send both left and right engine cases, case bolts and empty trap door. Cases must be stripped bare, tappet guides, oil pump studs, seals, etc.
Note: Be sure to send the trap door you will be using with case. Also, check main shaft & countershaft for straightness before re-assembling motor.

Breather Gear Resleeving $325.00_
__Breather gear resleeving consists of boring 118
over size the original hole and pressing in a
brass sleeve which is honed out to standard
size.Or BORE OUT for oversize breather gear .030 for only $50.00.
* Send in breather gear for a perfectly honed fit.
We repair and re sleeve worn out and broken holes. No matter how bad the breakage or worn out the hole is it can be repaired. All holes are drilled out. Breather gear window is notched out.
Ready for assembly.

* Send in breather gear for a perfectly honed fit.
