A precision casting of 356-T6 aluminum alloy is fitted to the customers engine cases which have been indexed to a specially adapted milling machine, then accurately line bored to match the corresponding hole placement. This is the same method used at the factory and the only way correct alignment can be obtained.

Send both left and right engine cases, case bolts and empty trap door. Cases must be stripped bare, tappet guides, oil pump studs, seals, etc.

Note: Be sure to send the trap door you will be using with case. Also, check main shaft & countershaft for straightness before re-assembling motor.
