Should I call prior to shipping?

No, this is not necessary. When you call us, it stops us from doing customers jobs, and delays everyone.

Should I call Dragon Precision Machining to check if you received my motor?

No, check with your carrier. (UPS) You will have received a tracking number when you ship U.P.S. You can call 1 (800) PICK-UPS, and trace it that way. If you call us, the time it takes us to locate your job, will delay us from finishing the jobs we have precently.
