If your pinion shaft or sprocket shaft are reusable, the prices will be much less.
We rebuild and balance 45’s, 74’s, late 8as, 900cc Sportsters, 1000cc Sportsters, 61’s
and Evolutions. Consists of:
• New pinion shafts
• New sprocket shaft
• New key ways
• Crank pin and roller bearings
• Rebuilt rods
• Glass beaded
• 1 set of cast pistons - any size,
for stock motors
• New rings, pins and lock
• Flywheels are statically balanced
to 1 gram
• 60% balancing factor trued to perfection for a super smooth running, longer life motor (without pistons & rings deduct $60.00 — Note: we need the weights for balancing)
Be sure to note what size pistons you need. We have stock replacement pistons only.
For $100.00 extra we’ll assemble your complete lower end. Includes: oil pump, cam, breather gear, timing gears, cam cover and lifter blocks. |
