_ Q: Should I call prior to shipping?
A:
No, this is not necessary. When you call us, it stops us from doing customers jobs, and delays everyone.

Q: Should I call Dragon Precision Machining to check if you received my motor?

A:
No, check with your carrier. (UPS) You will have received a tracking number when you ship U.P.S. You can call 1 (800) PICK-UPS, and trace it that way. If you call us, the time it takes us to locate your job, will delay us from finishing the jobs we have precently.

Q: Should I call to check for problems?
A: If there is a problem, DPM will call you.

Q: Does DPM call prior to shipping?

A:
Only if requested on the original order form.

Q: What are your methods of payment?

A:
DPM ships C.O.D. cashier's check or money order. All orders over $500.00, money must be wired to our bank prior to return shipping.

Q: Do you accept company checks, or credit cards?

A:
Not at this time.

Q: Can I ship UPS?

A:
Yes but the weight must be 150 lbs. or less. Ship your motor in 3 boxes. If you ship with the Post Office, it usually takes a bit longer to reach us, but the cost is generally cheaper.

Q: What if my motor is more than 150 lbs.?

A::
Use a local trucking company. They can be found in your local phone book.
Q:: What if I am unsatisfied with the work done, or something is wrong?
A:
Please return it to DPM, and WE will do an inspection and repair if necessary. DPM will not pay for another shop to fix it!

Q: Can I bring my motor to you?

A:
Yes. If it is a rush job, please add 15%, or $100 to the total, whichever is greater.

Q: What if there is damage to my motor upon return?

A:
Notify your carrier immediately. DPM is not liable for shipping damage.
