Dragon Precision Machining is not liable for any labor charges incurred by the customer for removal, replacement, adjustment or repair of defective parts. Items must be returned to Dragon Precision Machining for inspection and determination with a copy of the invoice. If you are not satisfied with any work it MUST be returned to Dragon Precision Machining. If you take it to another shop, Dragon Precision Machining, will not be responsible for any charges. Dragon Precision Machining does not guarantee any high performance motors. No returns on special order motors. All other returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Dragon Precision Machining is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred by the customer to ship returned items. All unpaid invoices are subject to an 18% finance charge. The customer is liable for charges, and attorney costs incurred collecting a debt. All parts are warranted by the original manufacturer. Dragon Precision Machining is not responsible for manufacturer warranties. Dragon Precision Machining does not warranty any work after 30 days from the original invoice. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Dragon Precision Machining is not liable for any failure or damage of parts or accessories due to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper installation. The customer is liable for any damages incurred. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and Dragon Precision Machining reserves the right to modify them at any time. Dragon Precision Machining is not responsible for any damages from shipping. It is the customers responsibility to arrange shipping insurance.
